This policy explains what personal data ZEED collects through this site, what it's used for, who it's shared with, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

1. Data controller

ZEED, a digital agency and consultancy based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.

2. Data we collect

The site's forms collect the information each person enters in them:

Name, company, email, and WhatsApp number.
Country and city.
Services of interest, goal, and stated budget.
The selection made in the package builder.
Any comments added voluntarily.
Your conversations with SID, the site's virtual assistant, if you choose to open the chat.

The service kickoff form, intended for clients, also asks for the company's legal name, its RTN or tax ID, its address, and the name and ID document of its legal representative. This information is used only to prepare the contract, is not stored in the browser, and is stored encrypted: only ZEED's authorized team can read it. The tax ID, the representative's name, and their ID document are deleted once the signed contract is archived. We also record which brand materials the client has and how they will send them.

The site also records where each visit comes from: UTM parameters, the landing page, and the referring page.

3. How the data is used

To respond to requests sent through the site.
To prepare proposals and contracts.
To schedule calls.
To answer questions through the chat with SID, an AI virtual assistant that can hand the conversation to a person on the team.
To follow up on sales inquiries.
To improve the site.
To measure campaigns.

ZEED does not sell personal data.

4. Who the data is shared with

To run the site and respond to requests, ZEED uses third-party providers that receive data:

GoHighLevel: CRM, messaging, and the chat with SID, the virtual assistant.
WhatsApp (Meta): WhatsApp conversations.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): campaign measurement with the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, only if you accept cookies.
Google: calendar and Meet for calls, and Google Drive for the brand materials folder when the client chooses it.
Supabase: database where the service kickoff information is stored, encrypted.
Vercel: site hosting.
Web3Forms: delivery of requests by email and the internal feedback box.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policies.

5. International transfers

The providers listed above operate in the United States. When you submit a form, your data may be transferred to and stored outside Honduras and outside your country of residence.

6. Cookies and measurement

To measure campaign performance, the site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. Both are activated only after you accept cookies in the site's notice. If you decline them, they don't load.

With your consent, the Meta Pixel uses cookies and identifiers to measure visits, contact clicks, and submitted requests. When you submit a form, ZEED's server also notifies Meta of the request through the Conversions API; your email, phone, name, city, and country are sent as an irreversible code (SHA-256 hash), along with your IP address and browser data. Billing information and service kickoff documents are never sent to Meta.

The SID chat only loads if you choose "Chat with SID". Once opened, GoHighLevel uses browser storage to keep the conversation.

You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies from its settings.

7. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as the business relationship exists or until its deletion is requested, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it longer.

8. Your rights

Anyone can exercise their rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection regarding their personal data.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. Use of this site is also governed by the terms and conditions.
